Job group interview tomorrow
Today was a very good day, I had lots of fun, the lectures were intresting and I got to hang out with friends. Also, I barely thought about my job group interview for Coles-Myers. It's the thing you have before the actual interview. And despite the fact there's a reasonable chance that this won't lead to a job, I'll be hurrying to the buses straight from my genetics prac, skipping my genetics lecture, catching a bus to the city and then one from a strange platform to get to the place on time. After the grueling hour of attempting to impress someone so they hire me, I have to catch a taxi to get back to uni in time for my PASS leaders meeting at 5pm so I keep the job I already have.
Tomorrow is really going to stink. Also I have an 8am start meaning I have to get up at 6am again. Won't be getting home till 7:30ish, I don't wanna go out tomorrow.

Luck! :)
Don't worry too much if you miss the PASS meeting, Valda's prety cool about them normally.

If it's a Coles-Myer job you may or may not have to do a quiz. Here's a hint: If you can do the quiz without stabbing yourself with the pen you're probably going to pass.
The only thing against you is age. Coles-Myer are cheap bastards and like to give all the hours to the young people (stupid young people).

Here's the part where I tell the story about my good friend, OP1, scholarship to Trinity College at Melbourne Uni (the only Queensland one in our year), probable future Rhodes scholar.
Who failed the Coles exam.

James says:
But...but...but the exman consisted of questions like "A constumer spends $2.75 and gives you a five dollar note. How much change do you give them?"

I know. I'm still disturbed. Maybe she was too smart, and calculated all the different combinations of coins, and they thought she was too pedantic.

there's a certain degree of psychological profiling in that test as well, maybe she just wasn't 'Coles Material' :P she's better off than us poor saps who are.

Yeah, I was told that I did really well on that test, but I wouldn't fit in with the "Coles-Myer Family"
